In this role, she was entrusted with managing essential programs such as Industry Cluster Development, Product Development, Trade Promotions and Market Development, and Small and Medium Enterprises Development. Her dedication to supporting businesses and fostering growth made a significant impact within the local community.

However, Atty. Hani's ambition didn't stop there. She focused on completing her law degree while simultaneously navigating part-time employment opportunities. As an online research analyst for a Canada-based talent sourcing agency, she honed her analytical skills. At the same time, she embarked on a journey as a home-based English tutor, helping Korean and Japanese students improve their language proficiency. All the while, she wholeheartedly embraced her role as a full-time mother, striking a delicate balance between her personal and professional obligations.

Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Atty. Hani secured another government position, this time with the Commission on Audit. Assigned to the Legal Services Support Group, she further refined her skills in decision writing and legal expertise.
Armed with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for justice, Atty. Hani embarked on her private practice. Her legal expertise covered a broad spectrum, including election-related cases, criminal and civil cases, labor disputes, and administrative matters. While managing her thriving practice, she also took on the role of a part-time instructor at a state university in Mindanao, imparting her wisdom and teaching law-related subjects to aspiring legal minds.

In the midst of a pandemic, Atty. Hani sought to reach a wider audience and share her legal insights. In 2020, she established her own YouTube channel, aiming to provide practical knowledge and expertise on a diverse array of topics. However, due to her demanding schedule as a full-time government worker and a dedicated mother, she found it challenging to maintain consistent updates across her social media platforms. Inasmuch as Hani Law values the family especially the sanctity of marriage, one of the primordial concerns of the Firm is to give relevant and appropriate legal advice to those who wish to be united as a family and the legitimate ways to severe marriage ties in exceptional cases through annulment or nullification of marriage. While many sectors in Philippine society have called for legalizing divorce in the country, divorce is still prohibited except for marriages between Muslims as provided under the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines where divorce is allowed.
Employment Law​​
Philippine employment is governed by two laws: Labor Code for private employment, and the Civil Service Law for those employed in the government.

There are certain rules and regulations that must be observed in the selection and hiring of employees whether in the private sector or government sector, which rules may or may not be applicable to the other. For instance, under the Labor Code, the status of a contractual employee who has been hired for at least a year, whether continuous or broken, shall ripen to regularization. This is not the case for government employees.
